Within our business there are many pathways to advance, and we have no constraints upon where our team members locate or operate. However every region has its own economic issues so it is important that team members understand their own backyard and are also willing to undergo further learning.

Market Research Analyst:

Available Positions:  Several, depending on location

Skills:  Ideally suited to someone who likes to get out and mingle with their local community, no age limitation applies, but should be healthy, have own transport, is able and capable of writing an ad, placing classified advertisement, doing flyer drops, has computer literacy skills and understands how local Council planning regulations operate in their area.

Involvement:
Your objective is to identify sellers in your local area. You might also be sufficiently skilled to find sites that could be assessed further for development of units or townhouses, subdivision or splitting into two or three blocks. You would receive a spotters fee for successful property referrals making this a great way to earn income on the side, part time or working into other full time roles.

Sales Heavyweight:

Available Positions:  Queensland only.

Skills: Must be a people friendly person of good ethics and character and enjoy the thrill of listing and selling property, whether it be residential, commercial or project marketing. This is your well known go-getter sales role but with several key differences; you can learn the skills to become a Real Estate Transaction Engineer, or simply maintain your successful focus on sales in your desired market segment, or carry out Project Marketing for developments in your area. You will likely have experience working in a real estate agency but prefer to work your own hours in your own time. Skill with listing, marketing and selling property is desired, but don’t despair, a gap in any of these areas can be solved with training and the right personality.  

Involvement: Depending on your experience and preferred type of property sales, involvement would be remote operation of property sales working under our Queensland Real Estate Agent’s License, generating listings and posting them online, placing signage and operating sale campaigns under exclusive agency agreements with Sellers in accordance with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000.

Deal Maker/Transaction Engineer:

Available Positions:  Several, depending on location

Skills: Must be a people friendly person of good ethics and character and enjoy using your knowledge and problem solving skills to assist people who either own, seek to own, or seek to exit the property market. Skill in the areas of selling, buying, financing, marketing, personal management, legal documents and internet/computer literacy would be needed.

Involvement: Depending on your skill set, you could source people to transact houses, units and land within your area, and or source property for development of residential or commercial projects and carry out feasibility studies engaging our Support Professionals. As a team member you would have the support, guidance and involvement needed to maximise the potential of each transaction and obtain the best result for the client.

Project Manager:

Available Positions: 1  (Future position – taking interest from suitable people now)

Skills:  Computer literacy is a must, online and internet marketing skills highly beneficial and desired. You would need to be fluent in English language, a fast learner of web based software and its application applicable to the business sector, competency in the use, design and development of WordPress websites, plugins, widgets and data management. Also helpful would be skills in the competent use of online customer management systems such as Podio and Mailchimp.

Involvement:
Ideally suited to someone who seeks flexible part time involvement with an online business, having remote team members whereby the team coordinator would manage the website and email communications with team members and their clients. They would also help build the online operation of the business over time by assisting with new appointment in Australia only and keeping up to date with business activities generally. The person involved in this role must be professional, reliable, confidential, of good character, honest and loyal.  Payment for services negotiated on level of involvement, skills and suitability to role.
