Are you purchasing an investment property, either in your own name or a trust, or a company? If so, depending on your state tax threshold, you could be liable for paying that unsubstantiated tax that each state uses to fleece investors of real estate – Land Tax!

- Threshold for companies or Trustee: $350,000
