With Housing Affordability reaching new lower limits, the issues of housing stress and homelessness have affected the capacity of communities to accommodate people who are struggling economically.
We can place the blame directly on the Banksters for manipulating the economy and the Politicians for not having the moral fortitude to stand up for the people or represent the interests of Australians. Instead the banking cartel seeks to destroy the remaining wealth of the low and the middle class, while the politicians generally, have caved in to Globalist dictators with excessive immigration, while making deals that benefit their corporate stakeholders.
Now you know the facts, as always, the private sector must look to create the solutions. The people who need a place to live but are economically challenged will benefit from low cost housing with as many available subsidies they can qualify for.
Whereas, many good people have fallen out of the property ownership or rental markets after they where unlawfully terminated during covid and are now living week to week and barely able to afford food.
These scenarios represent significant challenges, however there are potential solutions in the pipeline. Unfortunately, all solutions need to be delivered urgently, and Governments appear to be ignoring the humanitarian crisis and suffering, or so it would seem by their lack of direct measurable action.
Property Results plans to address this with projects that provide:
- low cost housing – such as units in affordable locations, rural accommodation and factory build home parks, and creative funding models.
- Community Villages that provide sanctuary and safe space for people to live in transition housing comprising tiny homes, prefabricated cabins, self sufficient gardens, and camping grounds.
